What we don't do

• No analytics (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, nothing)
• No cookies
• No third-party scripts
• No data collection
• No advertising
• No tracking of any kind

What we do

We serve static HTML pages. Your browser requests them, our server sends them. That's it.

Standard server logs may record IP addresses and request times (this is how web servers work), but we don't analyse these, don't link them to individuals, and don't use them for anything.

If you contact us

If you call or email us, we'll have your contact details and whatever you share with us.

We use this only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We don't add you to mailing lists, don't share your details with anyone, and don't use your information for marketing.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (you contacted us and expect a reply).

If you become a client

Client engagements involve processing information about your firm's IT setup. This is covered separately in our engagement terms and data processing agreements, not this website privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how we handle things
